Parachute Damselfly - Blue or Olive Damselflies are common anywhere there is slow or standing water such as lakes, ponds or backwaters of a stream. The most popular and widely used pattern is the Parachute Damselfly. They are most effective when the wind is low or non-existent. Cast them near banks or around willows or Lilly pads.
