PW ARMS Commando

Overview

The PWA (Pac West Arms) Commando is a desirable pre-ban AR-15 pattern rifle produced in Milan, Illinois during the 1980s and early 1990s. Built before the 1994 Federal Assault Weapons Ban, original PWA rifles and lowers have become increasingly collectible, particularly among enthusiasts in states where pre-ban configurations carry additional value. Most 20-inch examples feature traditional M16A1 or M16A2-style configurations with fixed stocks, carry handles, threaded muzzles, and bayonet lugs.
