Overview
Built for small game hunting, this .22 LR load pairs a plated round nose and hollow point design with high velocity to help carry energy farther downrange. The improved priming compound is intended to support consistent ignition, making it a practical option for hunters who want dependable performance without a high cost per round. With 225 rounds per package, it also suits range time and other high-volume shooting needs. The trade-off is straightforward: it’s a value-focused load for field use, not a premium specialty round.

Considerations & Trade-offs
- This load is positioned for small game hunting, so it’s more specialized than a general-purpose .22 LR option.
- The 225-round package offers good quantity, but it may be more than needed for occasional range use or very light shooting schedules.
- The listed 1280 muzzle velocity supports higher speed, but actual results will still depend on the firearm and conditions.
- Bullet style is brass plated hollow point, which may not suit shooters looking for a different .22 LR profile for training or plinking.
