Overview
Built for hunters using the 400 Legend platform, this 210-grain soft point load is intended for big game hunting where controlled expansion is the goal. It carries a listed velocity of 2250 fps and comes in a 20-round box, making it a straightforward option for sight-in and field use. The Core-Lokt design has a long history in hunting ammunition, but the key takeaway here is its purpose-driven construction for serious game applications.

Considerations & Trade-offs
- This is a 20-round box, so it may be best suited to sight-in and hunting use rather than high-volume range sessions.
- It is chambered specifically for 400 Legend, so it is only appropriate for firearms built for that caliber.
- The 210-grain load at 2250 fps reflects a specific hunting setup, so it may not match the preferences of shooters looking for a lighter or faster option.
- Core-Lokt is presented as a controlled-expansion bullet, which is a hunting-focused design rather than a general-purpose target load.
