Overview
Built for upland hunting, this 12 gauge shotshell is aimed at hunters who want a controlled, consistent pattern in the field. The load uses specially hardened shot and is listed at 1210 fps, with 25 rounds per box. Considerations & Trade-offs
- This load is set up for upland hunting, so it’s a specialized choice rather than a general-purpose 12 gauge option.
- The 4 shot size and 1 7/8 oz payload reflect a heavier upland-oriented load, which may not suit hunters looking for lighter recoil or different pellet sizes.
- Muzzle velocity is listed at 1210 fps, but muzzle energy is not provided, so direct performance comparisons are limited.
- It comes 25 rounds per box, so buyers planning extended use may need to account for more frequent restocking.
