SCCY CPX-1 Features The SCCY CPX-1 Gen 3 is a precision-made pocket pistol designed for concealed carry while maintaining a grip large enough for a firm secure hold. The receiver is constructed from 7075 T6 aircraft-grade heat-treated aluminum alloy providing a lightweight yet incredibly strong foundation for the firearm. The Zytel polymer frame includes an integral recoil cushion on the backstrap to improve shooting comfort and reduce felt recoil during operation. This double-action-only handgun features a smooth 9-pound trigger pull and an internal hammer with an inertial firing pin to prevent accidental discharge. Functionality is enhanced in the Gen 3 model with the inclusion of an integrated Picatinny rail for mounting lights or lasers and upgraded Glock 43 style sights for a better sight picture. The slide is machined from high-quality stainless steel and features a black nitride finish for superior corrosion resistance and durability. For added safety the CPX-1 includes an external manual thumb safety with a guard molded directly into the frame to prevent snagging. Each pistol comes with two 10-round magazines featuring finger extension bases as well as two flat magazine bases for maximum concealment.
