Overview
The SIG Sauer MCX Virtus was launched in July 2017 as a heavy-duty, second-generation evolution of the original 2015 SIG MCX. Built on a short-stroke gas piston system derived from the AR-18, the Virtus incorporated global special operations feedback to feature over 500 configuration changes, enhanced durability, and interchangeable caliber systems.
