Considerations & Trade-offs
- Designed for deep diving, so it’s less suited to shallow-water presentations or situations where fish are holding high in the water column.
- The loud rattle and side-to-side action are deliberate triggers, but they may be too aggressive for especially pressured or wary fish in some conditions.
- At 2 inches and 7/16 oz, it’s a compact crankbait that may require matching tackle and retrieve speed to the depth and action you want.
- The Phantom Brown Craw color is one option within a 25-color lineup, so choosing the right finish depends on local forage and water conditions.
