Considerations & Trade-offs
- At 3.38 inches, this is a scaled-down profile, so it may not be the right choice when a larger bait profile is preferred.
- The thin body is designed for worm-hook penetration, which makes the presentation more specialized for pitching around cover and punching mats than for every situation.
- Its action comes from four appendages, so the lure’s performance is tied to how it is rigged and worked rather than offering a one-size-fits-all presentation.
- Black Blue Flake is one color option in a 13-color lineup, so anglers wanting a different profile or visibility level will need to choose accordingly.
