Considerations & Trade-offs
- The jointed wake-bait design is built around a surface disturbance presentation, so it is most relevant when fishing topwater or near-surface situations rather than deeper presentations.
- Performance is tied to retrieval speed versatility, but the lure still depends on the angler’s cadence and conditions to produce the intended wake and disturbance.
- The hand-painted premium color pattern is selected for varied water conditions, but color choice still needs to match local forage, clarity, and light levels.
- High-quality hooks are included, but hook performance and hookup success still depend on fish behavior, line setup, and how the bait is worked.
