Its reinforced prongs are built to withstand heat pressure and mechanical stress encountered during sustained firing. Each unit is inspected for concentricity and alignment to ensure consistent performance. Manufactured from U.S. mill-certified heat-treated stainless steel this 5.56 flash hider features high-precision single-point cut threads for optimal thread engagement. A black Melonite finish provides excellent resistance to corrosion erosion and fouling while also simplifying cleaning after heavy use. A pilot hole supports pin-and-weld applications for 14.5 inch barrels where required.
