SureFire HL1 Helmet Light Features The SureFire HL1 Helmet Light delivers white LED output across three levels - 19.2 lumens for 6 hours on high 5.0 lumens for 28 hours on medium and 1.4 lumens for 48 hours on low - alongside infrared LED output at 2.5 lumens for 20 hours on high 0.8 lumens for 48 hours on medium and 0.3 lumens for 96 hours on low for use with night vision devices. A tertiary infrared IFF beacon at 1.72 mW delivers 120 hours of runtime for sustained Identify Friend or Foe identification across extended operations without battery changes. Two toggle switches and a pressure switch provide total independent control over white light IR illumination and IFF beacon modes without accessing a central interface. The MICH helmet light attaches to any MICH helmet via an included ambidextrous mount with 20 preset positions for true 360-degree rotation and lever-release removal for quick servicing battery changes or transfer to other helmets without tools. An O-ring sealed watertight glass-filled nylon polymer and neoprene body measuring 2.2 wide by 2.6 tall by 1.3 thick ensures dependable all-weather performance in rain and adverse field conditions across sustained operational use.
