SureFire M612 Ultra Scout Light Features The SureFire M612 Ultra Scout Light delivers 600 lumens of virtually indestructible ultra-high-output white LED illumination through a proprietary TIR lens that shapes a versatile beam with significant reach and ample surrounding light for peripheral vision across close to longer-range rifle applications with 1.75 hours of tactical-level runtime from two CR123A batteries. The DS07 waterproof switch assembly provides full switching redundancy through an integrated click on/off push button and a plug-in ST07 momentary-on remote tape switch with a 7 cable both operating independently for reliable activation even if one switch fails. A system-disable feature prevents accidental light activation during movement storage and transport for positive weapon light discharge control in operational environments. The offset Picatinny rail weapon light mounts via an integral low-profile RM45 mount that positions the M612 Ultra in the offset position between the rails of a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny forend decreasing the overall weapon profile and limiting snag potential compared to a standard top or side rail mount.
