Overview
The Weatherby Mark XXII is a premium .22 LR rimfire rifle introduced in 1961-62, known for its high-gloss walnut stock, excellent accuracy, and shifting international production origins. Originally produced by Beretta in Italy (1960s), it was later manufactured by KTG and Nikko in Japan (1967-1980s) and Mossberg in the USA, before being discontinued in 1989 and resurrected as a bolt-action in 2007.
