The Winchester Model 1890 is a legendary slide-action .22 caliber rifle designed by John and Matthew Browning, produced from 1890 to 1932. Known as the "gallery gun," roughly 849,000 were made, setting the standard for shooting gallery rifles. It featured a 24-inch octagonal barrel, a 18-inch magazine tube, and was originally chambered in .22 Short, Long, Long Rifle, and .22 WRF.
