Overview
Built for anglers who want a soft plastic that can do more than one job, this 3.5-inch lure is designed to imitate a swimming insect with a subtle kicking action from its flanged craw appendages. The thick ribbed body supports easier casting, while the hook slot and wide gap hook compatibility make it suitable for weedless presentations around cover. It also works well on weightless Texas rigs, where its fall can add extra appeal. Considerations & Trade-offs
- The 3.5" profile is compact, so it may be less suited to situations that call for a larger bait presence.
- Its action is built around a fall and kicking appendages, so presentation depends more on rigging and retrieve than on a simple straight retrieve.
- The weedless hook slot and wide gap hook fit support snag-free use, but that setup can narrow hook and rigging choices.
- The Dark Green Pumpkin w/Amber Black color is one option in the line, so color selection is limited to the available schemes rather than a broad custom range.
