Yankee Hill Machine Sidewinder Piston Features The Yankee Hill Machine Sidewinder Piston is machined from 17-4PH stainless steel for high strength and corrosion resistance producing a 1.5 oz interchangeable piston at 1.950 inches for .40 S&W Sidewinder series suppressor configurations. The redesigned Nielsen device delivers improved strength and performance over previous iterations while retaining the user s ability to adjust point of impact through piston selection. Made in the USA the Sidewinder Piston is manufactured to YHM s dimensional standards for consistent fitment across the Sidewinder suppressor lineup. The 14.5x1L thread pitch interfaces with compatible .40 S&W host barrels allowing the Sidewinder suppressor to transition to 14.5x1L threaded platforms without replacing the suppressor body. Piston swaps require no specialized tools providing a fast and straightforward host firearm transition for Sidewinder suppressor users running multiple platforms. This piston is not compatible with the YHM-2055 1.375x24 Nielsen Booster.
