ZASTAVA ARMS ZPAP M70

Overview

The M70 was originally used as the standard-issue infantry rifle of the Yugoslav People's Army and was officially adopted in 1970 as an upgrade to the aging M59/66. Well-renowned for their reputation, the M70 featured the iconic Yugo-style extended 3-vent handguard as well as the reinforced frame manufactured from thicker steel. The ZPAP designation is an acronym for "Zastava Polu-Automatska Puska" which means "Zastava Semi-Automatic Rifle", and is the commercial sporting model of the firearm. This special edition model features an American and Serbian flag decoration on the receiver and magazine that is coupled with a Serbian red stock coloring. One 30-round magazine is included.
