However, in extreme temperatures (100AdegF / 38AdegC and above), cooling time may be closer to 30-45 minutes, depending on individual activity level, sun exposure, and humidity.Why the shorter duration?In these high-heat environments, the body works overtime to regulate temperature - and so do our ice plates.
