Considerations & Trade-offs
- Designed as a shorter, fatter trout worm, so it is more specialized than a general-purpose soft bait.
- Its scent-based appeal depends on the Gulp! Alive! attractant, which means it is intended to be used and stored as part of that system.
- The bait is presented as an alternative to live bait, so anglers who prefer natural bait may still want to weigh that trade-off.
- The wacky-rig-friendly shape adds versatility, but it may not be the right profile for every trout presentation.
