Considerations & Trade-offs
- Requires a third-party ice shuttle and pole for setup, so the bundle is not a complete mounting solution on its own.
- The 2D flasher modes need the XI 14 transducer, which is sold separately, if you want that specific functionality.
- It is built for both ice and open-water use, but the included setup is centered on hardwater fishing rather than a fully universal rig.
- The bundle includes several specialized components and cables, which adds capability but also makes the system more involved than a basic fish finder package.
