Considerations & Trade-offs
- This is a right-hand retrieve combo, so it may not suit anglers who prefer left-hand reel operation.
- The 1-piece telescoping rod design can be less convenient to transport and store than a multi-piece setup.
- The rod is listed as medium power, which may be a trade-off if your trolling approach calls for a different power rating.
- The combo is built around walleye trolling, so anglers looking for a more general-purpose setup may find it more specialized than they need.
