Considerations & Trade-offs
- The 17+1 capacity and included four 17-round magazines add flexibility, but they also make this a larger-capacity setup than a minimal carry package.
- The flared detachable magwell and extended slide catch lever are geared toward faster handling, yet they can add bulk compared with a simpler configuration.
- The optic-ready slide is compatible with the ROMEOZero Elite and uses a compact (Shield RMS-c) RX footprint, so optic selection should be checked for fit before purchase.
- It has no manual safety, which may be a preference point for some users and a consideration for those who want that added control feature.
