Overview
Built for shooters who move between close targets and longer shots, this scope combines true 1x capability with 10x magnification in a first focal plane design that keeps the reticle usable across the full zoom range. The illuminated EBR-8 BDC MOA reticle is glass-etched and designed for rapid shooting with common .223/5.56mm and .308/7.62mm loads, while the included throw lever helps when magnification changes need to be quick. Its XD optical system, fully multi-coated lenses, and ArmorTek exterior lens coatings are aimed at delivering a clear sight picture with added protection for the glass. For hunters and field shooters who want one optic that can cover fast work and deliberate holds without changing setups, it offers a practical, feature-rich option.

Considerations & Trade-offs
- The 1-10x24 format is optimized for versatility, but it is not as specialized as a dedicated close-range or long-range optic.
- The illuminated reticle and motion-activated system add capability, but they also introduce battery dependence for full feature use.
- The EBR-8 BDC MOA reticle is designed around common .223/5.56mm and .308/7.62mm loads, so other calibers may require more attention to holdovers.
- At 10x, the scope provides useful reach, but it is still a general-purpose magnification range rather than a high-power long-range setup.
