Overview
Built for AR-style setups, this bundle pairs a low-power variable optic with a pre-assembled cantilever mount for a ready-to-zero configuration. The 1-6x24 magnification range and illuminated AR-BDC3 reticle are suited to fast target acquisition at close range while still offering holdover references for longer shots, with the BDC calibrated around common 5.56 loads. XD Optical System, fully multi-coated lenses, and a fast-focus eyepiece support a clear sight picture, and the included throw lever makes magnification changes quick. It is a practical choice for hunters and shooters who want a compact optic package with straightforward setup and no extra assembly work.

- Waterproof, shockproof, and fogproof construction adds protection in demanding conditions.
Considerations & Trade-offs
- The AR-BDC3 reticle is tuned to common 5.56 loads, so it is purpose-built for that setup rather than a universal holdover solution for every cartridge.
- As a second focal plane optic, the reticle subtensions are not constant across the full magnification range, which is worth considering if you plan to use holds at multiple power settings.
- The 1-6x range is versatile for close to mid-range use, but it does not provide the higher magnification some hunters prefer for smaller targets or longer-distance detail work.
- The included sport cantilever mount and pre-assembled setup add convenience, but they also make the package more specific to a particular mounting style and rifle setup.
