Considerations & Trade-offs
- The 5-25x magnification range is geared toward long-distance use, so it is less specialized for close-range or fast, wide-field hunting applications.
- The first focal plane illuminated reticle is useful across magnification levels, but it adds complexity compared with a simpler non-illuminated setup.
- The 34mm tube is designed to provide substantial elevation and windage travel, but it also means the scope is built around a larger-format mounting system.
- Included accessories such as the throw lever, sun shade, and lens covers add value, but the scope still requires compatible rings and a proper setup to take full advantage of its features.
